Shipping policy
Get Fluent Now sells both digital editions and printed paperbacks. This page explains how each is delivered.
Digital editions
Digital editions (PDF) are delivered instantly. You receive a download link by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no delivery charge.
Paperbacks
Our paperbacks are printed to order for you and sent by tracked post. Delivery times below include printing.
- United Kingdom: free delivery. Usually arrives within 7 to 9 working days of your order.
- Canada and the United States: £7.99 per order. Usually arrives within 10 to 21 working days of your order.
- Rest of the world: £9.99 per order. Usually arrives within 10 to 21 working days of your order.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times, such as before exams and at Christmas. Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country, and these are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
Every paperback is sent with tracking. If you would like your tracking details, email hello@getfluentnow.co.uk with your order number.
Schools and tuition centres
For class sets and bulk orders, email hello@getfluentnow.co.uk and we will confirm delivery times and costs before you order.
Damaged, faulty or missing paperbacks
If your paperback arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or has not arrived within the times above, email hello@getfluentnow.co.uk with your order number (and a photo for damage or faults). We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
