Digital delivery
All products are digital and are delivered instantly by download link and email once payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.

Licence and permitted use
All materials, including eBooks, audio, guides, templates, designs, and other content, are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any part of a product without prior written permission from Get Fluent Now.

Intellectual property
All content, digital products, materials, designs, and branding published by Get Fluent Now are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of Get Fluent Now. We reserve the right to update product content to improve quality, at no additional cost to existing customers.

Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by our 30 day money-back guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on how to request a refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
